Chicago White Sox pitcher Zach Stewart lost his bid for a perfect game as Danny Valencia of the Minnesota Twins singled in the bottom of the 8th. Stewart would continue to finish his one hitter in a 4-0 victory that concluded the White Sox sweep over the Twins. Chicago is currently 8 games out of first place in the AL Central as the Detroit Tigers look to clinch later this month.
